1. What is LAST ROUND Clothing? LAST ROUND is a clothing brand that creates cool, hand-designed clothes to help breakers show off their unique style. Our mission is to support dancers, artists, and all individuals who align with our point of view in pushing their limits and to provide opportunities for our youth.
2. When will LAST ROUND officially launch? We plan to officially launch later this year with a special pre-order event for our first product.
3. What is a pre-order, and how does it work? A pre-order means you can reserve our product before it's officially made. Once we reach the final quantity order after the pre-order period, we will begin production. This helps us ensure that we only produce what is needed, reducing waste and ensuring exclusivity.
The pre-order method takes 3-6 weeks to complete shipment and delivery fulfillment.
4. How many shirts will be available for the pre-order? We will only be selling 24 shirts in total for our initial launch. YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS OUT!
5. When will I receive my pre-ordered shirt? Once the pre-order period ends, and we have finalized the quantity, production will begin. We will keep you updated on the estimated delivery date, but please allow some extra time for production and shipping around 3-6 weeks.
6. Can I cancel my pre-order? Since each shirt is made based on pre-orders, cancellations will be limited. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
7. What sizes will the "Battle Ready" shirt be available in? The "Battle Ready" shirt will be available in various sizes. Please check the size chart on our product page to find your perfect fit.
8. How do I care for my LAST ROUND shirt? Our shirts are made from 100% cotton and are machine washable. We recommend washing the garment inside out with like colors, in cold water, no bleach, air dry, and iron on medium heat avoiding design to maintain quality.
9. Can I track my order? Yes, once your shirt is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order's progress.
10. What if I receive a defective or incorrect item? If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
